At Prairie Solutions, we like to solve problems.
The projects we take on vary widely in size, scope and application—from repairing broken machinery and fabricating components to tackling complex technical challenges. Regardless of the project, our goal is the same: understand the problem, find a solution and build something that works.
We are a team of thinkers and builders—designers, tradesmen and technicians with diverse skills and experience. We also work closely with a network of talented engineers, technical professionals and other trades, allowing us to bring the right people and expertise together to address a broad range of technical requirements and challenges.
The word solution comes from the Latin verb solvere, meaning to loosen, release, unbind or free. That definition captures what we strive to do every day: work through data, project constraints, technical challenges and practical realities to solve problems in ways that free up our customers’ time and resources so they can focus on their core operations and objectives.

Austin Clark
MANAGER
Austin is the General Manager and Principal Designer at Prairie Solutions, where he leads the company’s creative vision, oversees design projects, and manages day-to-day operations.
With a background in product design, manufacturing, project engineering, and construction management, Austin brings a unique combination of technical expertise, creative problem-solving and leadership to the Prairie Solutions team.
Jonah Lytle
Designer / Fabricator
Jonah is a Designer/Fabricator and the Shop Supervisor at Prairie Solutions, where he oversees shop operations and brings his extensive fabrication expertise to a wide range of projects.
Jonah is a Journeyman Red Seal Welder and CWB-certified Welding Supervisor with experience in structural steel fabrication and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience welding aluminum and stainless steel, combining technical acuity and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality fabrication solutions.
Aiden Parschauer
Assembly Technician
Aiden is an Assembly Technician at Prairie Solutions, where he is responsible for OEM setup operations, as well as supporting equipment repair, fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
With a hands-on and versatile approach, Aiden brings practical skills to the Prairie Solutions team. His ability to support a variety of shop and field operations makes him a valuable part of delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
Beverly Braat
Administrator
Bev is the Administrator at Prairie Solutions, where she supports the company’s day-to-day operations. Bev is responsible for accounts receivable and payable and keeps the rest of us organized. Her thorough approach and keen eye keep Prairie Solutions running smoothly.
Joel Motz
Designer / Fabricator
Joel is a Designer/Fabricator at Prairie Solutions, where he contributes to a variety of projects. With experience in plant turnarounds, machinery repair, maintenance and gunsmithing, Joel brings technical and hands-on skills to the Prairie Solutions team. Joel leverages his diverse experience to solve problems and applies careful attention to detail to produce quality work.
